Comedy take on pollution

This video clip is just a bit of fun. It comes from the TV programme in which a hidden camera films people being teased in a variety of situations. In this clip, someone dressed as a policeman convinces drivers that he's testing to see if their engines are hot, and therefore causing pollution.
