1  How can I evaluate the books/verb cards?

Sample pages or free units from all our books are on our website for you to download. Simply click on the book you are interested in and follow the link to free lessons/sample pages. There are video clips on the verb card pages showing how the verb cards work.

2  Do you send out inspection copies?

We send out inspection copies of the non-photocopiable IB student's books and of the verb cards. They are supplied on a 30-day sale or return basis if you are in the UK or EU, and on a 45-day sale or return basis if you are outside the EU. If you wish to return the books/verb cards you will just be liable for the postage costs incurred in sending them out to you and returning them to us. If you do not return the books/verb cards securely packaged and in mint condition within the 30 or 45 day period, the invoice will become payable.
We regret that we are unable to send out inspection copies of the photocopiable books. Please look at the sample units online and phone us if you require further information.

3  How can I evaluate Text-Link?

If you go to the Text-Link page you can click on the link to see a working sample from Text-Link. We can also arrange for you to have a trial day's free access to Text-Link. Just contact us to let us know what date would suit you.

4  How can I contact you with a query about an existing order?

5  How quickly will my order be despatched?

Orders are normally despatched within 48 hours of being received. At particularly busy times the despatch time may be a little longer. Please let us know if an order needs to be received by a particular date.

6  How long does despatch take to North America?

Your order will be sent out by trackable courier that takes up to 5 working days to arrive.

7  Can you send my order to my home address?

Yes, if you send a cheque with your order or order and pay online we can send the book to the address of your choice.

8  How much will postage and packing be on my order?

Postage is charged according to the weight of the items that you order and according to where in the world your items are being despatched to. If you are ordering online the postage rates will be added to the total in your shopping cart when you have finished making your selections. (Please note that Text-Link does not incur any postage charges.) If you are in the UK and are ordering from the catalogue, you will find the postage rates on the back page of the catalogue.

Payment can be made credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
